BABY CLASS

BABY CLASS

The Baby Class serves children from the age of 4 months up-to the age of 24 months.

Children need love. The care and support we give your child will give them a secure base from which to explore the world.

An infant's development is so amazing and yet many of their early milestones go unnoticed. From day one, children are eager and determined to understand how their world works. They do this through play. We provide consistency, attention and loving care. The environment is open, spacious rich in language, motor development to assist the infant in their development. The environment is safe and nurturing, allowing infant's the security and confidence to try new things..

TODDLER PROGRAM

Toddler Program

The toddler program serves children from the age of 18 months up-to the age of 3 years. This program is designed to create a loving,  caring and stimulating environment that a toddler needs to grow and develop to his or her full potential.

Our toddler care goal is to provide warm loving care just as you would if you were with your child during the day. We firmly believe in the need for open and thorough communication between the caregiver and the home to provide secure, loving care for each child and confidence for each parent. The child develops feelings of support, security, and self-esteem. Children are guided toward appropriate behaviors through a non-judgmental atmosphere that offers consistency; children come to understand the balance between freedom and limits.

PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

Preschool Program

The preschool program serves children from the age of 3 years turning 4 that year until the age of 6 years, Grade R. Pre-school children mature at very different rates, and their periods of readiness for academic subjects vary. The material in the classroom caters for this. Because work is individually-based, a child is able to follow a course suitable to their development.

The classroom is structured in such a way that children are able to experience choice and decision making, which leads them to self-discipline, and strengthen their ability to think and act for themselves.

The children are encouraged to be less dependent on the teachers, thus full filling the child’s need for independence. And helps the child believe that they are capable, competent and confident; we build positive attitudes toward learning that last a lifetime.
